We came back to Valley Storm Shelters after having a great experience when they installed a shelter in our old home. The installation went perfectly, once again. The two men who came to install it were friendly and professional, and explained what they would be doing before they got started. They were very careful to keep the work area clean and neat, and warned us they may be making some loud noise. They even touched up any scratches they found on the shelter, which impressed me. When they finished the installation, the young man knocked on the door and showed us all the features of the shelter. He cautioned us about how heavy the door is and to not get stray fingers in the way. Also about the keys and to not lock ourselves in the shelter with the deadbolt. Only lock it if we are using it as a safe. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the 4x8 shelter, and the entire process of installation. Thank you for such a good quality product.

Your men were true professionals and from start to finish clearly show that they knew what they were doing. Moving a near 6000 pound shelter is no picnic and each job site and situation is clearly different. However, they were able to assess the situation at my house and used small pipes to roll the shelter into my garage with less than an inch to spear. They slid the shelter in place and lined up the hole that you drilled perfectly with the water pipe. My plumber was there to attach a working faucet inside the shelter. Am I pleased? Ecstatic!!! I truly love the unit.
Your men were highly respectful of my home, my property, me and my wife. They worked into the early evening and closed the garage doors so the drilling noise didn’t annoy my neighbors. Last night I didn’t have any cash on me so I could give them proper tips. Please send me those two men’s names and I will send you two $100 checks with their names on them. They went above and beyond.
